Rates: All rates are based on double or single occupancy and are subject to change. Holiday and Special Event rates apply. A $35.00 extra guest fee is charged for each extra person per room. Breakfast is included in cost. Standard taxes are additional.
Deposit: Upon making a reservation, a 50% deposit is due by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or with a valid Gift Certificate.
Please note, we will not be accepting Bed and Breakfast.Com Gift Cards as of 3/1/16.
Payments: Final payment will be taken at check out.
Cancellations: When canceling with 8 days or more notice, we will gladly refund your deposit less a $30 per room processing fee. For cancellations with less than 8 days, you will be charged the full amount of your stay unless we are able to rebook your room, at which time the $30.00 processing fee is in effect. Guests arriving after or departing before dates reserved, or those who fail to show are responsible for the entire stay.
Check-In: Is between 4-6pm. We are NOT staffed 24 hours a day. If you need to contact us, call 651-321-8151 and leave a detailed message and we will return your call.
Check-Out: Check out is by 11am. Later check-out may be available for an additional charge and with advance notice. We are unable to store luggage or provide off-street parking once checked-out. On-street parking is available around Boyd Park.
Groups: Please call for group space requests and policies.
Smoking: We are a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Parking: Off-street parking is available behind the inn for guest cars and bikes. Park at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property. DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET.
Breakfast: Breakfast is included in your rate and is served in the Grand Dining Room on the Main floor at 9am. Coffee and Tea selections are always available in the Dining Room.
Photos: You must be a Guest of the B & B to take any Photos. Please ask for our policies on any professional photography.

Guests are invited to find respite in the Grand Parlor which serves the traditional purpose as a common-area to exchange ideas, but it also allows for other uses, with an intimate seating area near the fireplace for quiet
conversations and a custom banquet for parties.
